Nicholas Mushabenta

Nicholus Mushabenta leads Quality & Risk Management for BDO East Africa, ensuring audit excellence and best practices across the region. He oversees audit quality and compliance with IFRS and ISA standards, reporting to BDO Global.

With over 11 years in accountancy, Nicholus has worked with clients across finance, manufacturing, telecom, energy, and the public sector. Previously an Assistant Audit Manager at EY, he’s also a lecturer and CPA tutor. He holds an MBA from Kyambogo University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning.
